Re: Chris’ Medical Status and “Special Needs Trust”

Date: April 23, 2007

Dear Friends,

This letter is forwarded to compliment the update information which is being provided for you all by Chris himself. As you’ll see in Chris’ letter we are really excited about the progress he is making. Provided this improvement continues, Chris hopes to attend several upcoming geophysical industry related events this year. Hopefully, he will get to visit with many of you there.

In the meantime, we have established the Chris Morris “Special Needs Trust”. Funds from this trust may be used for various personal needs not covered by Medicaid. Items such as internet subscriptions, hair cuts, cell phone accounts, personal transportation, “Case Management” services and legal fees, etc. may be covered by this Trust.

Since the late 1970’s Chris has worked with and for many of you in the seismic business. As an Observer, Party Manager, Supervisor and Area Manager he has trained and mentored many others who are part of today’s vital exploration efforts. He now needs our help to achieve the best quality of life this world will afford him. So, we have opened the Trust to donations. We hope to hold a benefit for Chris around the time of the 2007 DGS Golf tournament. Until that time, as Chris’ letter points out, he is need of financial assistance and so, Green River Energy Resources has agreed to make the first contribution to the Trust by donating the sum of $5,000.00. All donations may be sent directly to:

Chris Morris Special Needs Trust

P.O. Box 3232

Columbia Falls, MT 59912

A copy of the Trust agreement is available to anyone requiring documentation for your donations or for tax purposes. Please contact Kay Morris at 406 892 7478 with any questions.

Please come and visit with Chris if you will be in town during the latter part of June or sooner if you are close by his current residence. He remains in good spirits and is looking forward to visiting with friends he has not seen in far too long.

Sincerely,

Chris’ Family
