I am fully competent in energy source concepts and theories. I entirely competent with the Big Shot and Long Shot gun controller systems and I am familiar with GCS90 gun controller system. Currently, I am working with Sercel's G-guns but I am familiar with sleeve guns, bolt guns, and GI guns. If there are any other different gun setups, I can learn them in as little as a few days. The Company partners with the leading E&P solution providers in the world, and 30+ software vendors have licensed their framework Developer Kit to provide integration of 40+ applications and 12 databases. With clients recording workflow efficiency improvements as high as 99% when importing seismic, interpretation and well data, the adoption of these solutions by major oil company clients has dramatically increased globally. This increase in demand has necessitated the Company now establishing further offices and strengthening its technical team in the key areas of technical support, consultancy, and training. This position will support the expansion in their US client base. It is a highly focused client-facing role, where your primary responsibility will be to assist in the sales and marketing of the Company, its products, and services to regional clients. You will support the company’s Technical Advisors in promoting the data framework to clients at senior levels. You will raise awareness of the technical and commercial value of this solution whilst being able to discuss and agree upon the technical implementation of the solution across their enterprise. In some cases you will provide consulting services to determine the best solution incorporating the Company’s products and, in some cases, assist in providing and presenting to the client proposals for development services. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be expected to: · Support the Technical Advisors in his role. · Provide technical expertise to the sales team to successfully win and close business. · Assist in the use, evaluation and demonstration of Company products across G&G and IT groups at client sites. · Deliver professional technical presentations at client sites, professional society meetings, and Trade Shows. · Provide client training courses, as required. · Be proactive in understanding client challenges and issues. Make recommendations and assist in the implementation of technical solutions and workflows. · Raise the awareness and usage of these framework tools through active interaction at client sites. · Become recognized within the Company and industry as a technical expert, including publication in industry journals · Write or contribute to ‘White Papers’ that point out the value of these products to the G&G, Database Management, and GIS communities in Upstream Oil & Gas. · Organize on-site meetings and “Lunch and Learns” to convey latest product information and workflows. · Keep abreast of current and future developments and trends in this market.
